Executive Director - South Whidbey at Home
South Whidbey at Home is looking for a leader who:

Full time position, salary range $60,000-$64,000 plus paid vacation, sick leave & HSA stipend
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the South Whidbey at Home Executive Committee and Board to carry out the mission and values of the organization:
o Implements both short- and long-range goals, objectives, and strategies
o Provides leadership and direction in planning, service delivery and program development
o Increases volunteer recruitment, participation, training, oversight and evaluation
o Maintains and grows the paid membership of South Whidbey at Home
o Identifies the programs needed to sustain and increase South Whidbey at Home support
• Fiscal Accountability
o Conducts an annual evaluation of program performance with cost analysis and recommendations
o Monitors and manages an annual budget including quarterly reports to the Board
o Identifies grants and fund-raising opportunities for board approval
• Community Relations
o Develops strategies and programing to grow South Whidbey at Home membership and volunteer base
o Collaborates with Not-for-Profit organizations to develop relationships and partnership opportunities that support the mission and goals of South Whidbey at Home
o Enhances the organization’s image by increasing community support for South Whidbey at Home through outreach to other community organizations
• Management
o Ensures that new volunteers are trained within a month of joining
o Evaluates the performance of all volunteers and staff at least annually
o Grows South Whidbey at Home as a paid membership organization
o Resolves critical issues that may arise with members or volunteers
o Attends and participates in Board meetings
o Supervises volunteers, including call managers, ambassadors, and staff
o Establishes and implements a program to recruit, support and acknowledge volunteers
o Assists the Board with recruitment of Board members
